I was trying to think about all the old tutorials I killed, on account of they sucked.

Not to sound emo, but I'm like...The last person who should make tutorials - I'm unorganized, unsure of what people want to see in one and much happier reading them than writing them.

Ok. That said, I'm gonna try to redo all of the old tutorials that I threw away a year ago plus make new ones for things that people want to know about. So, here goes~

Clouds: Like it or lump it, they're almost always gonna be in your outdoor backgrounds. But hey, they're nothing to fear. In fact, they can be quite a bit of fun, if you don't mind staring at them for a few hours~

If you don't have a tablet, you can just apply continuous layers of color, each lighter than the last, to get the desired effect. ^^

i have a question... what exactly does locking the tool in the modifier do?

It makes it so that you can only colour on whatever is on that layer, so you can colour quickly without going outside of the lines.
